Terms of Use

Using the CVTempo website (the “Site”) constitutes agreement to the following terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

1. “As is” service

The Site is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, freedom from errors, or any specific result — including interviews or job offers. Use of the Site and its content is at your sole responsibility.

2. Payment and final sale

Building and editing on the Site are free. Exporting the PDF file requires a one-time payment of $14.90 USD via PayPal. The sale is final — completed transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment is approved and the file is downloaded. However, for 48 hours from payment you may return to edit and re-download at no extra charge, by entering the email used at checkout.

3. Content responsibility

The content you enter (personal details, experience, education, etc.) is yours and your responsibility alone. You must ensure the information is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights. The Site does not collect or store your CV content on a server — data is saved only in your browser.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or its payments lies with the Magistrate's Court in Rishon LeZion.

5. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, and use of the Site after the update constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
